Contract Today!
Unkefer & Associates utilizes a Universal Contract as our preferred method of contracting new agents. This system allows us to contract you with multiple carriers (of your choosing) and you only need to complete the Universal Contract one time.
Follow these simple steps to get started:
- Download the Universal Contract packet HERE. (Requires Adobe Acrobat Reader
) - Follow the instructions in the packet. Answer ALL questions completely and make sure you are attaching a cancelled check and your E&O certificate
- Return the packet to Unkefer & Associates.
- Fax to 623.463.2336 - or -
- Scan and Email the completed packet to your Relationship Manager or contracting@unkefermail.com
This is all we should need from you. Our Licensing Department will get to work processing your appointments with ONLY the carriers you have expressed interest. If you have any questions about this process contact your Relationship Manager or our Licensing Department at 800.523.5851.
